- The slimline PS2 is clearly lighter than the PS3, which to me looks like it could weigh a few bricks (or even a newborn baby!).
- In being able to fit into small spaces, the PS2 is a clear winner.
- Sure, the PS3 can play Blu-Ray (which I do own), DVDs, CDs, PS3 games and Playstation games, but only a few PS2 games. The PS2, on the other hand, can play all of its games, DVDs, CDs, and Playstation games.
- The Price for the console, with the PS2 being $99 and the PS3 being $399.
- The games for the PS3 cost around $60, but with the PS2 and its compatiblity with the PSX, they can cost from $2 (used games) all the way up to $40 (new games).
- And finally, referring back to #2, depending on who I'll share a room with, the PS2 is better since an Xbox/Xbox 360 would easily break, a Wii is too small, and the PS3 is the size of a computer! The slimline PS2, on the other hand, is just the right size and, I believe, is the least likely to break.

Saludos !!
good luck to you, young man!
